I don't generally ask for people to be kind, but I will here:
Kindly be kind
I'm only just (sep 2014) starting to try to draw (ok, ok, I can hear Yoda from here. How about 'try to draw recognizable things'?).
I am well aware that I am not great, let along up to the standards of some of the great artists around the 'net.
I am, however, searching for and pleased (after I flinch, as is natural) with constructive criticism 0:-).

You can keep the 'this is shit' to yourself and just avoid my page to not see the horror.
And false compliments ('this is so wonderful') just reinforce my cynicism and make me think your real opinion must be really terrible to need that much sugar...
Gentle comments ('that hand is a little warewolf-y looking', 'ouch@teeth', '..who's that with Thorin?') or, shall we say, 'believable' compliments ('hey, I recognize him!') are muchly loved and appreciated for your interest! (:D
